Having issues with Hero and Testimonials plugin

We are unable to edit content on our website that was done in Hero, Features and Testimonials plugin. When I go into the page, it doesn’t show me the text we have posted on our site in these plugins, therefore I cannot edit it. It’s very odd. This is a big issue as we need to modify the content in the two plugins.

Please help! This is happening with all pages on our site that use Hero, Features, and Tetimonials. We installed premium just today hoping it would help, but it didn’t.

    Hi Scott,

    I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing. To clarify, what happens when you try and edit one of these widgets?

    Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
