I am using the Vantage theme and would like to ask how get a full screen picture on a mobile phone, as if with SiteOrigin. What kind of widget is it? Is it a Hero, a Slider, or a picture? How to incorporate logo and menu in this picture?

A menu is normally acheived by overlapping the theme’s main menu as we’ve done with Corp.

You could apply the suggested settings for Mobile only and use a different height for desktop if you’d prefer your Hero to not be fullscreen on desktop devices.
The Hero has a content layer. If you’d like to add a layout on top of your background with access to a wide range of widgets, you might consider the SiteOrigin Layout Slider Widget.
