Hi there,
I have taken over this WordPress site built with Page Builder. They use the builder to create their posts, however when I try to look in all their existing posts, WordPress returns the dreaded message “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
I received an e-mail which reads:
Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email. In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Page Builder by SiteOrigin. First, visit your website (http://southernpictures.com.au/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (http://southernpictures.com.au/wp-admin/post-new.php) and check for any visible issues.
Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.
Because it visibly states that the issue is with Page Builder I’m assuming that this isn’t a plugin conflict and an issue with the builder itself. Is there a workaround for this? It works fine everywhere else on the site.
Hi Joseph
Thanks for posting your question.
Please, try enabling debug to see what the error is.
