error message in website and in wordpress backend : www.trainingspace.it

www.trainingspace.it this is the error message:

Warning: include(/web/htdocs/www.trainingspace.it/home/wp-content/themes/customizr/templates/modules/featured-pages/javascript.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /web/htdocs/www.trainingspace.it/home/wp-config.php on line 14

Warning: include(/web/htdocs/www.trainingspace.it/home/wp-content/themes/customizr/templates/modules/featured-pages/javascript.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /web/htdocs/www.trainingspace.it/home/wp-config.php on line 14

Warning: include(): Failed opening ‘/web/htdocs/www.trainingspace.it/home/wp-content/themes/customizr/templates/modules/featured-pages/javascript.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/php7.1/lib/php/’) in /web/htdocs/www.trainingspace.it/home/wp-config.php on line 14

I did the Update of WordPress and PHP version also because the website is really slow. Than it appeared this message on the top bar in the site pages and in backend. I just removed theme “customizr” by ftp, but I still have this message.
Have I to remove some other theme or plugin. Can the Vantage theme, Page Builder or widjets Bundle be responsable of it?
thanks

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Silvia

Perhaps take a look at your wp-config.php file, check that debug is set to false.

While in your wp-config.php file, take a look at line 14, what’s there?

Hi Andrew! It’s set to true. Have I to modify it?

    Hi, I Work Here

Ideally, a production website would have debug set to false. If there is an error or a warning, you don’t want your users to see it. You’d usually only set debug to true for a development site or if you are actively troubleshooting a production website. Once the issue is solved on a production site, you’d set debug to false again.

I’m not sure what that line is, doesn’t look like it’s printed correctly here on the forum. When you view your reply, does the code you pasted look correct? You could try removing it, just make a backup of wp-config.php first.

(This issue doesn’t related to SiteOrigin products, to answer your initial question.)

I tryed to remove the code, now the error is:

Warning: include(): Failed opening ‘1’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/php7.1/lib/php/’) in /web/htdocs/www.trainingspace.it/home/wp-config.php on line 28

    on line 28 I have:

    Hi, I Work Here

Was there perhaps someone that worked on this site before? I’m not quite sure what this constant is for but you can try removing it.

    Hi, I Work Here

I’ve chatted with Alex here at SiteOrigin, it looks like you might have been hacked. If you haven’t added much content lately, it might be an option to ask your hosts to roll your site back. Hosts often keep seven days of backups.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Silvia,

If a backup is out of the question, I would recommend following the outlined instructions in this guide.

I ask You to remove my comment where I wrote my database name. Thanks

    Hi, I Work Here

How’s it going? Sorry about the instruction before, the define(‘DB_NAME’ constant would need to remain. Were you able to roll back?
