    Sorry to hear about the hassle. If you have access to your purchasing PayPal email address you should have received full instructions from SiteOrigin including a link to download the premium ZIP file if necessary.

    If you haven’t yet upgraded I recommend giving the auto upgrade another try. Go to AppearanceVantage Premium from within WordPress and click Already Paid? top right.
