Error Activating Page Builder

Trying to activate new version of page builder. This is the thinkupthemes latest version.
Have deactivated all other plugins.

I get the following error: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘and’ (T_LOGICAL_AND), expecting ‘)’ in C:inetpubvhosthttpdocswp-contentpluginsthinkup-panelsthinkup-panels.php on line 1160

This occurs after installation when attempting to activate.

    Thanks for posting.

    Please, reach out to Think Up Themes for a hand. In the case of forked versions of Page Builder, the author of the fork is in the best position to provide assistance as we’re no longer in control of the plugin being used. I’m sure they’ll be able to assist quickly.
