the task is i required an editable layout for my pages. i want to keep it editable from admin but without need of paste layout any page ill create. so my solution is – create admin page with editor, managing base layout there and load it from all other posts. the (first) problem is I cant run Page Builder on custom wp_editor. This option aviable only for posts. Any solutions?

Based on your description, it sounds like you may be after the Custom Post Type Builder. The Custom Post Type Builder allows you to create a pre-existing template for a custom post type and that template will be used for all of the posts of that post type.
If that’s not the case, unfortunately, this is beyond the scope of the support we’re able to offer on our free forums as this is a really advanced extension of SiteOrigin Page Builder and it’s not possible without writing some custom code.
