Double Posting Date on Posts

Up at the top where it shows the date of a post it is showing it twice. How can I correct this? Not sure if it was going on before 2.3 of Vantage or not, but I just noticed it now.

    Hi jpar

    We introduced an additional date to help with Google authorship. Your theme’s stylesheet hasn’t updated to the latest version. Are you perhaps running a caching plugin? If so, please clear your cache. If not, please chat to your hosts and ask if they can clear any caching related to your site from their side.

    To hotfix, try the following under Appearance > Custom CSS:

    /* Entry Meta */
.updated {
  display: none;
}

    Hey Andrew,

    Thanks again for the quick response. I do not have any caching programs running. I don’t believe there is one turned on from my host but I could be wrong. Either way I put in the cut CSS and it did not seem to correct the issue. :-/

    I think the problem with both your threads is the 2.2.3 stylesheet is being loaded, not the newer 2.3 stylesheet. There is no code in place but not the new matching stylesheet. If you could drop your hosts a mail, that’ll be great. Ask them if they can clear any caches related to your site.
