Directory like theme

Hi:

I need a theme to build a directory page (to list restaurantes, classes, to have add, subscriptions, etc.)
I bought Business Finder from AIT but their support service is TERRIBLE. I change to change to Site Origin.

I´m using Vantage Premium in another website of mine.

I was wondering if Site Origin has a theme has has directory features like this:
Top rated items section
Newest items section
Special offers
Reviews section
Social icons on item detail page
Gallery on item detail page
Claiming a listing
Geolocate support
Frontend registration for guests
Guests can administer their own listings
Paypal payments integration
Paypal recurring payments support
Advertising spaces
Listing by location or category

Or if I can turn Vantage into a directoy theme using plugins.

We unfortunately don’t have anything of this nature. It might be possible to leverage Vantage into a site like this by using a set of plugins. It’s not a project I’ve ever tackled though so I don’t have any past experience to go on. A purpose built theme or plugin would, I’d imagine, be the way to go here.
