Decrease header size Vantage

Hi,

I am having troubles decreasing the header size. I’ve tried pluggin’ in a CSS like recommended on the other forums, however this does not seem to work.

I am using a free version of Vantage.

    At CustomizeTheme DesignGeneral, try adjusting the Header Padding as required.
