Dashboard/Appearance/home page/ button (slider) does not work (On Off)

Hello,
I am trying to get the Vantage Premium template to work… but I don’t seem to be able to. If you go to the – Dashboard/Appearance/Home Page… the ON OFF button does not work. I have been watching your videos and you say to do this but it does not work. I thought I had to buy the premium template to get it to work. Still after purchase, does not. I started out putting Vantage template on the sub-domain, but read that some have experienced problems but to install it on the main domain. I have done this but this button still does not work. (several times –even reinstalled WordPress several times). I have deleted my cash, and deleted by DNS cache with the hosting company. I have no other plugins installed except the ones you have listed.

    Hi Jr.joanne

    Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

    Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.

    Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

    Great button works now… I have also reinstalled it in the sub-domain and now works there as well…. thank you.
