Customize Theme Missing Header and Footer

When I go to the Customize theme section, the Header and Footer sections disappear so I cannot edit the contents of this section. This happened before, but I reset something and it let me edit it again, but I cannot remember what I did. Does anyone have any idea why it keeps happening and how to fix it?

    Hi Som

    There isn’t a Header section in the Customizer, but there is a Footer section. Please head to updates and ensure there are no updates pending. Then head to Plugins and temporarily de-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins. If the issue is resolved you can activate your plugins one at a to find the conflicting plugin.
