Customize page is blank

I just purchased the premium version. When I go to the customize page it is white blank.

Thoughts?

    I tried to delete the theme and upload it again. Now everything is blank. Admin login too.

    Once the white screen challenge is resolved we can help re-look at the Customize blank screen. The blank Customizer page can be caused by an older version of WordPress (you can check for updates at Dashboard > Updates), or, more likely, a plugin conflict. De-activating all plugins and testing will let you know if that’s the case.
