when I receive an email in my webmail, the sender contact number is not available. should I change any settings to be able to see the contact number of person who has filled the form in my website?

    the same, it shows everything except contact number

    I deleated contact form 7 and reinstalled it, it doesn’t change. The problem is i don’t know how to add telephone to Mail tab in the “fields” .

    If my edit form page had “generate tag” button i knew how to solve the problem according to youtube videos i have watched. but i don’t know why that button is missing

    Check the Form tab, your phone field might look something like this:

    [text* your-phone]

    Click over to the Mail tab, copy the field and make a few changes.

    [your-phone]

    I’ve removed the field designation of “text*” otherwise the field is the same in the Mail tab. Make sure yours matches up.
