Hi guys, I have the same problem I read on a closed thread with no solution.
I checked all plugins and realize that SiteOrigin Page Builder (2.6.3) is causing the customizer of the Corp theme not load, and cant build pages with the plugin.
I tried local on MAMP and works well, but on a hosted install the combination of theme + plugin does not work.
It is a fresh WordPress installation. Theme and plugin are your latest releases.

Hi Daniel,
That sounds like you’ve reached the memory limit. You need to apply a pretty hands-on fix to resolve this issue. This article would be a good read as it’ll outline how to change it. You’ll need to edit wp-config.php. If you’re unfamiliar with FTP, I would recommend asking your hosting provider for help with editing this file.
Thanks Alex, I did change the memory amount to 256M, and can't solve the problem. Page Builder + Corp Theme are not working. I cant use the customizer (not loading the menu of configurations) and can't use the page builder editor. I tried disabling and reintalling theme and plugins… and nothing changes.

That’s really odd – these two products are designed to work alongside each other so there shouldn’t be any issues with them.
Can you please enable WP_DEBUG and then open your customizer again. What is the error present on the previously blank customizer?
If that doesn’t help (as in, there isn’t an error message), can you please open your customizer and send me the contents of your console? Please refer to this guide on how to access your browser console.
