When I copy content from a siteorigin page to another siteorigin page within the same site all formats are lost.
I am using copy/paste.
Also the pasted text is not properly editable. If I try to select and format text manually all text within the post takes on the same format.
For instance I want to set some text to H1 but all text becomes H1
Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi Bob,
To confirm, are you using the Page Builder Copy and Paste functionality or are you the standard copy and paste?
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? Can you please clarify if this happens for a specific page or on any page. If it’s for a specific page, can you please specify which text is causing you issues.
You can create the account with the following email address:
[email protected]
Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.
Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.
Hi Alex,
So sorry to trouble you, I found an error of my own making.
I copied some text from MS Word into MS Writer without stripping off the excess code. When I copied the edit into my WordPress post there were some unmatched H3 header tags left in there.
All resolved now, I live and hopefully learn.
