Contact Us Widget not allowing me to update.

Hi,

I am able to add the contact us widget to my page but if I want to make edits after the fact a blank page loads that state the date and time. “Wed, 25 Jul 2018 17:08:27 GMT”

All plugins and theme is updated (I am using the Polestar theme)

Any help would be appreciated!
