Contact Form – Not working

I have no clue why a simple contact form does not work.
I would expect that in the settings I should fill in:
1. RECEIVER: inserting your email address that you want the mail send to
2. FROM: insertiung another mail from your website, so that you avoid spam
3. TOPIC: Contact from website

I have not set the CAPTCHA yet, however I have checkd my SPAM-box

The form simply does not work

    Thanks for reaching out.

    If you have a moment, perhaps begin troubleshooting by ensuring your WordPress installation is sending emails. You can do that by logging out and then going to your login form at /wp-login.php and using the reset password form. Do you receive the reset password email?
