Contact Form – Not working

I have no clue why a simple contact form does not work. I would expect that in the settings I should fill in: 1. RECEIVER: inserting your email address that you want the mail send to 2. FROM: insertiung another mail from your website, so that you avoid spam 3. TOPIC: Contact from website I…
