Can´t update so-widget-bundle and install so-widdget-bundle 1.5

Hi all,
I tried to update so-widget-bundle today but it failed. I deleted so-widget bundle and installed new

version 1.5 over wordpress dashboard – failed! The plugin wasn´t visible under “installed plugins”.
I downloaded the plugin from wordpress.org und tried to install the plugin in failed!
What is my mistake?
Add. information:

wordpress: latest version

plugins: all latest versions

plugins during installation all deactivated

theme: vintage from so
Pls. give me some advice asap!

    Hi AWE-HH

    When you try to install manually from Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, can you please send the error message you receive?

    Can you let me know what happens then? Does the installation complete? Is the plugin then visible on the plugins page?

    as I wrote before:

    – Plugin doesn´t work

    – Widget are not visible and not working

    – Plugin isn´t visible under „installed plugins“- plugin page

    Please, send a set of temporary login details and we’ll take a look.

    Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

    Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.

    Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

    If I use this email adress for registration all data will be visible for everybody in support forum.

    PROBLEM SOLVED!

    I checked wordpress by FTP and found new version of so-widget-bundle 1.5 in folder – but plugin wasn´t visible
    on plugin page.

    I deleted current sub-folder and installed new so-widget-bundle 1.5.

    It looks like problem solved!

    Hi. I'll be able to check a little later. All emails to that email address are private. You can test by checking the thread while logged out or in another browser.
