Can’t remove space between rows.

Hi again! :)
I’ve tried everything. I’ve added this code everywhere

.no-bottom-padding {
padding-bottom: 0;
}

But still there are gaps on my homepage. I also added one where I replaced bottom with top and still nothing. It’s working fine on other areas of the same page but not on the space above the EVENTS AND PROMOTIONS side by side images. I dont know if it’s the bottom of the row above or the top of the row or what. Help please?
