Hello,
I have installed SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle, Page Builder by SiteOrigin, Black Studio TinyMCE Widget, and other plugins.
When I add a row, then add a widget to the row (for example, visual editor), when I click edit to add text, I just get a revolving load circle in both panels.
I have deactivated all plugins and reactivated one at a time, but even when I have only SiteOrigin plugins installed, I can’t edit.
I have checked all plugins are up to date and I have cleared the browser cache. I am using the Tesseract theme.
Please help, I have bene reading these threads for hours now, and I can’t find a solution.
Thanks,
James
Hi James,
Just to confirm this isn’t a general Tesseract issue. Could you please switch to a standard WordPress theme to see if this issue resolves itself? If it doesn’t, would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:
[email protected]
Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.
Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

I am having the same problem. I am using Sydney Pro theme.
Hi Peter,
We’d like to help you, but can you please start a new thread with your question? We can only offer you the best support possible when you’re the owner of a thread.

Hey Alex,
I did start a new thread several days but have not heard anything. I just happened to see this one.

Hi James,
Did you just push the website live? I just got a reset password link and was able to login without the browser extension enabled. I’m also unable to replicate the issue described so it’s quite possible it was a VHost related issue.

No, I didn’t push the site live – I am still accessing it through VHost. I’ll try now without VHost enabled.
James
It seems to be live, but that wasn’t my doing! Yep, all working now – must have been VHost. I best get cracking with the design.
Thanks Alex, sorry for wasting your time!
James
Hi James,
Glad it’s fixed. Kind of awkward about it being pushed live though. :S Is there anything else I can (hopefully) help you with today?
No, that’s great, thank you Alex!
