Can’t edit any content! PageBuilder issue

Afternoon,

I’m having some troubles with a website built with a WordPress template based on PageBuilder plugin.
I’m not able to edit any content on any page, no matter what I put into the text/visual window, it doesn’t affect the page at all.
Even if I delete everything, the content remains the same.

I can edit the content only when the plugin is deactivated, but then the page losses animations/styling/sidebar.
The PageBuilder tile on the Edit page is empty.

I deactivated all the plugins but PageBuilder, made sure the caching both on WordPress instance and server is turned off.

Please can give me any advice how to deal with it?
Wordpress 4.9.8

Thanks

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Krzk,

I’m very sorry to hear you’re having using SiteOrigin Page Builder. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

If that doesn’t help, would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for quick response.

I’ve already tried it, unfortunately it didn’t help.

You should receive the login credentials. I need to edit content on the Contact page, but if you could get this fixed for all pages it would be great.

    Many thanks,
    Bartek
