Hello,
i’m in a big trouble with the sidebar.
I tried to add a widget in the sidebar ,when i refresh the page the widget disappear.
i went to Appearance – widgets then i dropped the widget in the sidebar box.
i also tried to to deactivate plugins one by one but with any success.
NB : the page Template is Default Template.
Hope you’ll help to find a solution for this issue.
Thanks,
Hi Abo
Sorry to hear about the hassle, I’m sure we can make a plan. Is it the home page that you’re referring to? If not, please confirm the page I should be checking.
Thanks
Thanks Andrew for your replay.
That’s the page : http://www.abosurfmorocco.com/localspots/
If you need an access for WP admin, i can send it.
Thanks,
ooops sorry, i mean this one : http://www.abosurfmorocco.com/local-surf-spots/
Not quite sure. I can see you’re using the Default Template but there is also a no-sidebar body class and no markup is printing to the sidebar div.
Are you running a child theme? If so, revert to the parent and try again.
Run any pending updates at Dashboard > Updates. Re-check.
De-activate all plugins. Re-check.
There is nothing in the sidebar, because once i put a widget inside , it disappear after refreshing the page.
I’m running a parent Theme.
The theme and all my plugins are updated.
Please re-test saving widgets with all plugins de-activated and let me know how that goes.
it’s ok now.
the problem was because of All In One Favicon and the JP Widget Visibility
Thanks for the support..
im sorry, it’s not resolved, after visiting my site again, there is no widgets in the sidebar.
All In One Favicon shouldn’t be a problem, that’s our go-to plugin for Favicons. It is however possible that there is a three way conflict which it’s involved in.
Please send through a temporary set of login details to [email protected] and I’ll take a look ASAP. Please include a link to this thread in that email. Thanks.
