Cannot install Vantage premium – keep getting cannot install Vantage premium – Stylesheet is missing.

I cannot install Vantage premium. I get the message that the theme is broken:

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
vantage Stylesheet is missing.

I purchased the premium vantage but just cannot get it to install. Is there something I have done wrong?

    If i go into Themes i see at the bottom that Vantage is a broken theme

    Hi Martin

    Sorry to hear you’ve run into a problem here. If you’re keen to get it resolved I’m sure we can see you through the process.

    Here is where I’d start:

    1. Using FTP or your hosting file manager, head to /wp-content/themes/ and delete the vantage folder completely.

    2. After your premium order was completed we emailed you a confirmation with your order number as well as a link to download the ZIP file for the premium version. Use that link to download the ZIP file to your desktop and then follow these manual installation instructions:

    If you’re unable to find the email with your ZIP download link, you can get the email re-sent to you from this form here: https://siteorigin.com/orders/. Just be sure to use your purchasing PayPal email address there.

    3. Last step, with the premium theme installed, head to Settings > General and insert your order number at the very bottom of that page in the SiteOrigin Order Number field. That’ll ensure you’re setup for updates. Your order number is contained in the same email that has your theme ZIP download link.

    Let us know how that goes.
