Cannot edit a page anymore

I have just discovered a WP website, where I cannot edit the content of some pages, maybe all which were builded with WPBakery Page Builder. I just would like to modify a little part of the form.
– The plugin is installed v6.6.0, without license info. Maybe it has been activated before? Maybe there was an update of the plugin? I don’t know right now.
– The type of post enabled for edition is Page only. This is correct.

Could you provide some feedback of such thing, and any idea would be welcome.

    Hi Sam

    Thanks for reaching out.

We’re the authors of Page Builder by SiteOrigin. You can find the WPBakery Page Builder changelog here. 6.6.0 looks to be current. You could probably start by doing a plugin conflict test, temporarily deactivate all plugins except for WPBakery and see if the issue resolves. The WPBakery support page is available here.

If any SiteOrigin related questions or requests arise in the future, please, let us know.

I have followed your instructions and it is KO at every step. I share detail below so you can see a part of the plugins we use.
Mainly we use theme Listeo, which includes the plugin Elementor. We had some days ago an old version without Elementor but nothing worked as well. Now only Listeo pages with pure Listeo layout can be edited, not WPBakery parts.

To be precise, we have 2 plugins:
    – “SiteOrigin Page Builder”, version
    – “WPBakery Page Builder” (in French menu when activated “Editeur de page”), version 6.6.0
Is it normal? How do we ensure it can work? Minimal configuration expected?

    1. Desactivate all plugins
    2. Reactivate SiteOrigin Page Builder + WPBakery Page Builder
    3. Reactivate The following required plugins: Autocomplete WooCommerce Orders, Breadcrumb NavXT, CMB2, CMB2 Field Slider, Elementor, Kirki, Listeo Core, Listeo Elementor, Listeo Forms and Fields Editor, Listeo Shortcodes, Purethemes CPT, Revolution Slider and WooCommerce.
    4. Reactivate the following recommended plugins: Contact Form 7, Contact Form 7 – Dynamic Text Extension and Envato Market.

    Hi Sam

A page’s content can be managed by Page Builder by SiteOrigin or WPBakery but not both. If the page you’re troubleshooting is managed by WPBakery then at step 2 above you should only activate WPBakery, leave all other plugins deactivated. In that state, try to edit the page concerned, are you able to? The goal is to establish a working baseline.
