Call To Action Widget Mobile View Align Center

5 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 5 years ago

Hello, we have a number of call-to-action widgets throughout our site. They work perfectly in desktop view as either right or left aligned. What I would like to achieve is that when they stack for mobile/tablet view the headings and button change to center align. Many thanks in advance.

    Hi Polly

    Thanks for reaching out.

The text component of the CTA widget should be centered on mobile. Here is an example https://imgur.com/a/DLOiVqh. Is that not happening on your site or are you wanting to collapse the button below the text?

    Hi Andrew,

Many thanks for your swift response. The text component does center, but the button does not. Is it possible to center the button below the text?

    Best regards, Polly.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. I’ve added a snippet at the bottom of the CTA documentation page that’ll help Page: Call To Action. This may be a setting in the future.

    Hopefully, that helps :)

    Andrew,

That works perfectly for the button. I have a breakpoint of 1024px so I changed it to that instead of 768px. However, the sow-cta-text does not center at 1024px – only 768px.

    Many thanks.

Hi, perhaps try adding text-align: center; to the rule.

Super, glad that helped. We can’t normally assist with Custom CSS within our free support scope due to resource limitations, expanding documentation is a way around that. If you’d like similar technical assistance in the future, please, consider SiteOrigin Premium.

Thanks for your well wishes, and to you too. Cheers for now :)
