Button link not opening in a new window

Hi,

I have a SiteOrigin page builder button which is set to open in a new window, but is opening in the same window.

The link is to an online pdf, rather than a web page, but I have tried swapping a web page URL and it still opens in the same window.

Any ideas why the ‘open in new window’ is not working?
The website is currently on coming soon mode, but I could share access if needed.
