Broken vertical layout after upgrade

Hello,

I wanted to reply this thread, but posts seem to be off for it: https://siteorigin.com/thread/new-update-broke-full-width-stretched-headlines/

Aftert the most recent upgrade to 2.29.1, our site has became a wall of verical text: https://www.explorethemovement.com/

Can you please look into it?

Thanks,
Zoltan

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Zoltán,

    Thanks for getting in touch. I’m sorry to hear you’re still having trouble after the most recent update. The initial patch resolved this issue for most people but for whatever reason certain sites haven’t applied it. Looking at your site, it doesn’t appear to have applied it for some reason. To work out why, we’ll need access to sites to work out what’s going on. Could you create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    Private Snippet

    Navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and Private Snippet for the email address. Ensure you’ve selected Administrator as the user role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.

    Once we have resolved this thread, feel free to delete our account.

    As a temporary fix (this won’t prevent us from investigating this issue), you can apply a CSS patch to prevent this issue. Please add the following CSS to AppearanceCustomize, Additional CSS:

    .layout-full .panel-row-style.panel-row-style-full-width {
    	padding-right: 0;
    	padding-left: 0;
    }

    Kind regards,
    Alex

    Hello,

    Thanks for the workaround, it indeed worked!

    I added you to the site, and also manually sent you the login credentials in case WP fails to send the email.

    Thanks in advance,
    Zoltan

    Hi Zoltán,

    Thank you for access to your site. I’ve been able to identify what’s going on and come up with a full fix. We’ll be releasing that shortly. Until then, I recommend using the provided CSS.

    Kind regards,
    Alex
