Bold not working

When I bold a word using any widget on my website (site origin editor, siteorigin hero, etc), it does not appear bold on my PC. HOWEVER, it is appearing bold on my phone. I use google chrome on both.

Directions

The word “shuttle” should show up bolded in ever instance, and shows up bolded when I’m editing in the widgets, but does not appear bold on the final site.

I’ve never had this problem before :( What’s up?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Bold seems to work ok for me, here is what I see https://imgur.com/a/gS8zbwB.

    That said, there are two options to proceed.

    1. CustomizeTheme SettingsTypography, one of your font choices must be Lato with variant 700 so that the weight is imported from Google.

    2. Alternatively, at AppearanceCustom CSS if using SiteOrigin CSS or CustomizeAdditional CSS insert:

    @import url('https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Lato:700&display=swap');

    This line must be at the very top of your Custom CSS if you use it.
