Bold not working

When I bold a word using any widget on my website (site origin editor, siteorigin hero, etc), it does not appear bold on my PC. HOWEVER, it is appearing bold on my phone. I use google chrome on both. Directions The word “shuttle” should show up bolded in ever instance, and shows up bolded when…
