When activate Page Builder by SiteOrigin disappears the ability to attach images to any post/pages. You can upload image trough the Add media but it not will attach to post. Similarly the Uploading to this post drop-down list function is lost too. I installed a clean WordPress (Version 4.9.4) + Page Builder by SiteOrigin (ONLY this plugin was installed) and made an empty test theme with css and index files only. Unfortunately, the problem was repeated. Can you fix it? Thank you for attention.

To clarify, what widget are you using in the pictured screenshot? I ask because I tried replicating this issue with the SiteOrigin Editor widget and wasn’t able to.

Ah. My mistake. I just tried to replicate this issue with the base editor and unfortunately, I wasn’t able to.
Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

That’s odd. I just tried the email and it worked without issue. To clarify, the email was sent from an email powered by Gmail.

This looks to be an issue with your theme. Themes don’t automatically have Featured Images enabled and it must be enabled for that functionality to work. For more information, please refer to this page from the Theme Handbook.
Oh… Thank you! I was added add_theme_support( ‘post-thumbnails’ ) line and it began to work. But that’s odd, without “Page Builder by SiteOrigin” plugin it working w/o this line. )
