Appearance > Themes Empty

When I go to Appearance > Themes, I’m taken to an invalid page within my website. It says “Oops! That page can’t be found.
Try the search form below or browse using the main menu above.” Similarly, when I try to access Appearance > Customize, where it should show the website, instead it’s just a blank space. I’ve tried deactivating all the plug-ins and… No change. Any ideas?

    Hi Lummys

    Thanks for reaching out.

Try going to SettingsPermalinks and clicking the Save button. If the issue persists try temporarily switching to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen and deactivating all plugins. If the issue persists, you might need to enable error logging so you can find out what the issue is: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-set-up-wordpress-error-logs-in-wp-config/.

When I go to the “Themes” page, it says “404 Not Found nginx”. i.e. I can’t change themes because I have no access to the theme page. Any ideas?

Thanks for the update. To confirm, you’ve clicked Save at SettingsPermalinks?

Thanks. I don’t have any ideas at the moment. You could try enabling debug to see if any useful information is provided in the debug.log file.
