Anything Carousel not animating

I’ve just noticed this in an install that I’m sure was working 2-3 months ago with everything up to date at that time

Anything Carousel does not animate between items, it just immediately cuts.

I’ve replicated in a bare bones install with nothing but Siteorigin plugins.

Rolling back to Widgets Bundle 1.57.0 behaves correctly. 1.58.0 and later has the issue. I’ve toggled various settings to no avail.

I know this version is years old and I’m sure I’ve had it working on more recent configurations. It seems that something has changed this year that broken something old. I’ve tried rolling back WordPress and SiteOrigin plugin to various older versions and this is the only thing that worked.

    So I see that ‘Reduced Motion Support’ which I had never hear of – was implemented in 1.58.0.

    “Carousels: Disabled slide transitions if browser motion is set to Reduced.”

    I have changed the relevant OS setting and it works.
