Add a widget in all posts at once

2 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 2 years ago

Hi!
I’ve been blogging away for years, and now… I would like to insert a donate widget (or html tekst or code) under every blogpost I’ve ever made, preferably in 1 move! Is that possible? Or do I really need to add it Per Post Separately (which would take forever…).

    Hi Puur

    Thanks for getting in touch.

For new posts, you could add a SiteOrigin Mirror Widget, which lets you manage the contents of a widget in one location and insert the widget in many locations: Page: Mirror Widgets.

For existing posts, it would be best to use a child theme, code snippet, or custom plugin to add content via a custom widget area or directly via an action hook. This is a small custom development task that a developer can assist you with. It’s also something we can assist with within our premium support scope.
