Add a container to all widgets

I am trying to get 100% wide rows. I have achieved that by adding .container-fluid to the row styles. Now I need to wrap the cells in a .container div. Is there a filter that I can use do do that?

    You can do with the siteorigin_panels_widget_classes filter.
