Hi, I’m experiencing complaints from some individuals using Google Chrome and Firefox saying they can’t open any of the SiteOrigin accordions on our website.
Regrettably, I’m not able to see or experience this problem.

At the moment, I’m unable to replicate the issue in Chrome or Firefox. Is there perhaps another computer that you have access to that is experiencing the issue?

Regrettably, nor I or our developer was able to replicate this issue. Additionally, we’ve had one too many emails from different people this week who are experiencing this issue that the urgency of this problem has grown.
I ask kindly if you can have one more look, and if you can’t figure it out then we will simply switch to using a different accordion tool.

I’ve tried replicating this issue on two different computers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and IE 11), and three devices (two Android, one iOS – tested Chrome, Firefox, and Safari) and haven’t been able to. I’m not aware of any other reports of this type of issue happening.
Do you know what version of Firefox and Chrome the users who reported this issue are using? Does this issue persist for them if they clear their browser cache?
