Custom HTML Widget “Blank”

Attempting to add new and/or edit existing Custom HTML widgets. They are showing as blank and unable to add new or edit existing content. Reading through historic posts, this issue occurred last year with WP Update 4.9 here. I am currently running WP 4.9.4 (latest) which appears to have re-introduced the problem. Is this being…
