Cannot get masthead header to adjust on mobile

Hi, I have set up a site with a large masthead header and it won’t resize on mobile. Home Page I have done this previously on https://loveaduckie.co.uk/ and it worked fine. Please can you advise how to fix it. Thanks

Hi I purchased vantage premium several years ago, back when you used to sell the themes individually. I have a site I built on the free version, if I upgrade to premium by uploading the zip file, will I lose the customised elements I did? Also will it stay current with WordPress? Thanks,
