Menu jumping with Vantage theme

Hi, I am using the Vantage theme on my site, which is working perfectly! So thanks very much!.. :) However, the slightest problem I have is that my menu is positioned at the very top of the page on page load, and then jumps when page load is completed. Please see the URL I sent…
