I use the rollback method to fix my site and it was fine, but now it’s messed up again. How can this be resolved?

A few of my widgets seem to be “missing”, it states “The widget Sydney_Services_Type_A is not available. Please try locate and install the missing plugin. Post on the support forums if you need help.” How can this be resolved?
