Getting nagged about installing recommended plugins

I am getting repeated notices about installing recommended plugins – I don’t want the plugins which is why I have not installed them. Why am I getting a notice on every admin page, even though I dismiss the notice.. How do I stop these permanently? Thanks

Storage of links?

Can I ask how links (eg image Destination URL) are stored? Are they plain text or encoded somehow? The reason I ask is that I am using another plugin that encodes the links, so the All-In-One-Migration plugin cannot replace my TEST domain with my LIVE domain! Does your plugin encode the links? Thanks
