Cannot see the Page Builder Tab in the Pages section

Hi, I’m using the latest WordPress version (WordPress 4.5.3) and have setup and Activated the Siteorigin Page Builder Plugin. However, I can’t see the ‘Page Builder’ tab in the Pages section, for new or existing Pages. I found other threads talking about the same problem and have tried de-activating all non-Siteorigin plugins… nothing. Please advise.…
