Can’t get the site builder in both languages?

Hi, i have built my frontage as i want it to be but now when i try to edit the english column (using qTranslate-X) I change the text on both? How do I get the page builder to work on my english “page”? URL: http://www.city-ordonnansen.se/?page_id=790&preview=true&lang=en
