Menu opening up not down

Is it possible to get my menus to open upwards not downwards?

2016 Upload problem

When I upload photos into the media library I get an error and the photo does not load into the Media Library. So the photos are uploading just not into the media library.

If I create a page on my offline wordpress site can I upload it to my Vantage Premium website and use it as my Home Page? If I can How do I do it? Cheers Woody
