With the new version when I go into page builder to the visual editor I lose all formatting. I reloaded 1.11.4 and the problem disappears

I registered twice to receive the Influence Plus. The email with the link or zip file to upgrade Influence has not arrived to either I checked my junk/spam folder and it is not there I suspect there is a sending issue. Can you check for me One of the registrations was with the email associated…
