Question on Adding email Form

I’m trying to add a Siteorigin email form to my website theconnection.com. I get the form OK, but a test email does not go the email address stated in the form, it goes to the other address. Also on the Contact page, it doesn’t display SiteOrigin. I have another website paloaltoenergy.org and everything works fine.…
