Support Threads: theme

We're currently using a notification bar plugin above the header that doesn't box along with rest of the site. I've tried to fix this by setting the width from 100% to 85% but it only cuts out a part of the right side that way.

When i try to view mi portal in my Ipad, the home page don't look Ok, its only the home page. The other look Ok, the home page take an old menú don´t display the logo and dont display with the colors configuration.
