[Vantage] Masthead and Logo in Menu

Just wondering if it’s possible to have both of these features (Masthead above the menu bar + Logo in Menu) active at the same time? I’m trying to get it where the Masthead is more of a banner image and the logo of my company would be next to the menu bar. Any thoughts?

I am having issues with icons rendering properly in all browsers I’ve tried (chrome, safari, and firefox). I didn’t put any circle icons into the site, although I’d like to. It’s visible in the menu. The site I am talking about is Tizmoret.com

Not displaying the Slider image on iPhone

Hi, I’m a beginner web-designer. I’m using a Vantage Premium theme, and had successfully creating a child theme. But, whichever theme (parent or child) I used, I couldn’t somehow show the sidebar widgets on the web. It does appear on the Widgets menu, however, it won’t appear on the webpage no matter how.
