Removing header logo white space.

There is just way too much white space below and above my logo in the header. The image itself has been trimmed. Is there somewhere I can edit the code or some option to remove this excess space? My site is http://morrowcountygop.com/
How to create a home menu icon?

Hi, I’ve started using the theme Vantage today, and i’m really happy with it. The only problem I have is when i want to use a home icon for the menu. Home Page Icon (in theme settings) is enabled, but where can i choose an icon? Thanks!
